HI THERE 👋,

My name is Vivian. I currently work as a senior marketing analyst at Expedia. I recently completed a UX certificate at the School of Visual Concepts where I learned the fundamentals of user experience, and how to create user-friendly digital products that make it easier for customers to accomplish their goals.

As far as I can remember I've always been interested in design. As a kid, I spent many hours designing and re-designing web pages just for fun. However, I found myself going the more analytical route. My years of working in analytical/technical roles, has taught me how to quickly solve customer problems using data. I’ve discovered that I am passionate about using data to understand customers needs and design thoughtful experiences and easy to use products that actually solve problems.

I am a self-proclaimed travel enthusiast. I’ve traveled to over 20 countries and I can honestly say that it is my second passion outside of UX design.
